Jeremy Zaugg enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as a Private First Class (E2). After serving for six years in the Marines, he was Honorably Discharged as a Sergeant (E5).

In 2006 he enlisted in the Army’s Military Intelligence where he studied Arabic and French at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California.

Jeremy has deployed to Iraq, Kuwait, Okinawa, Australia, The Philippines, Germany, and Afghanistan where he received the Army Commendation Medal for his work as an interrogator and Team Leader.

Jeremy finished his military service as a Sergeant First Class (E7) in the Utah Army National Guard.

Jeremy received his Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Arts from the University of Utah, has worked as a Production Assistant on the feature film Ephraim’s Rescue, and has helped with many other independent films.

As a small business owner he ran, GSL Adventure Gear, a small retail store in Syracuse Utah specializing in outdoor equipment, and training.

Jeremy currently works for the Boy Scouts of America as a District Executive. He is an Eagle Scout, and has served as a Scout Master and on Wood Badge staff. He is also a Master Mason.

Jeremy is member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints , he served a mission in Oklahoma City, and married his eternal companion in the Salt Lake Temple, July 2000. They have three beautiful children and an angel in heaven.
